Frequently Asked Questions

  • Be prepared to commit at least 1-1.5 hours per week towards your health and well-being journey. You're worth it!
  • Each audio recording is approximately 15 minutes long.
  • Watching the lesson video and completing the lesson exercises should take around 45 minutes a week.


  • You will be entitled to bespoke one to one recalibration sessions and coaching support based on your unique situation and needs once you have registered on The Inner & Outer Balance Solution programme.
  • You will also have the option to join a private online community of individuals facing the same or similar challenges on a monthly basis  via Zoom.
  • The monthly live coaching support sessions are recorded for your convenience, allowing you to access them in your own time.


  • I encourage you to go the guides, videos and audio part of this programme at your own pace. 
  • My experience has been that the people who benefit the most from this programme are the ones who follow the programme consistently and consecutively.
  • You will not be able to progress to the next level of the programme until all lessons within a module is complete. 
  • I recommend listening to the supporting audio recordings designed for each lesson for at least seven consecutive days before moving on to the next level. This tends to be most effective. 
  • You can listen each audio recording for longer than seven days, should you wish to do so.
  • You only need to watch each video once, or as often as you feel necessary to absorb and fully integrate the content.
  • If you want to revisit or access any lesson or module within the programme after you have completed it, you will be able to do so


  • I do not recommend listening to the audio recordings while operating machinery, driving or working.


  • If it is comfortable for you, I recommend that you listen to the audio recordings with headphones or earbuds. 
  • The headphones or earbuds you use do not need to be noise-cancelling. 


  • You can download the audio recording associated with a module to make it easier to access at anytime.


  • Repetition is a critical part of your transformation journey of developing and embedding new habits, so you I encourage you to listen to the same audio recording for at least seven consecutive days. 


  • You only need to listen to the audio recordings once a day to benefit from the program. 
  • You can listen to the audio recordings more than once daily, but I do not recommend listening to them more than twice daily. 
  • Just like exercising, it is possible to overdo things. The mind needs time to rest in between listening (which increases brain activity), so it to form new neural pathways.


  • I recommend listening to the audio recording first thing in the morning or just before going to sleep as your mind is more receptive to suggestions between the slumber and awakening state.
  • If you listen to the recordings first thing in the morning, I suggest you do so before becoming distracted by the activities of your day-to-day life and other priorities.
  • By committing to listening to the audio recordings daily you are more likely stay on target to achieve your desired result!


  • The programme is most effective when you listen to the audio recordings consistently and consecutively.
  • If you miss one or two days of listening, listen to what you missed over the next few days to complete a total seven days of listening.
  •  If you miss more than three days in a row, I suggest restarting  seven days of listening from the beginning. 


  • You do not need to be fully awake to benefit from the audio recordings.
  • These recordings are designed to work on a subconscious level with you in a state of deep relaxation. 
  • If you fall asleep, your mind will still process the content of the recording in the background.


  • Yes. It is normal for the mind to wander while listening to the audio recordings. If it does, your mind will still be able to process the content at a subconscious level.
  • You do not need to restart the audio recording if your mind wanders and you are not paying full attention, just do your best to relax. 


  • As long as you have a basic understanding of the English language, your subconscious should translate the words into your most dominant language, so that you will still be able to benefit from the audio recordings.


  •  My understanding is that you should get the same benefit from the program as someone with full hearing.


  • If you have been listening to the audio recordings more than once a day and this causes you to feel stressed or irritable, aim to reducing your listening to once a day.
  • If you experience physical sensations or symptoms, which is rare but can sometimes happen, pause the audio recording and come back to finish it a little later. 
  • As your mind becomes used to the audio recordings any physical sensations should pass with time.


  • 95% of the most common questions are addressed here. Please ensure you have read all the questions and answers first.

  • After you have completed the programme your access to the live group coaching and support continues.
  • You can also revisit the program from the beginning to deepen your understanding and learning, or you just revisit a specific lesson/module if there is something you like to work on further. 
  • Each time you revisit the information you will gain more insights.
