Your mind is a powerful tool, and its primary function is to keep you safe and free from experiencing pain.
Your mind is designed to introduce resistance and avoid you feeling any unnecessary discomfort or pain. For example, often when you have a desire to change a behaviour; have a deadline to meet, or want to start something new that is outside of your comfort zone, your mind will come up with excuses why you shouldn't start it now; it will create reasons to put off what it is you desire to do, or suggest you do something else to distract you. But how your mind responds to the challenges, situations, and circumstances you face is not fixed. They can easily be changed using straightforward techniques that leverage the mind's ability to adapt and work efficiently in your favour (neuroplasticity).
I suffered from overeating and had a severe sugar addiction for over thirty years. I lacked confidence in myself and never felt I was good enough.
I lived daily, fearing being diagnosed with diabetes, but that was not enough to stop my unhealthy eating habits.
I binged on chocolates, cakes, and biscuits whenever I felt stressed, and I continued to do so throughout most of my adult life.
It took 35 years of research, testing, training, and personal experience to find a solution that worked, and believe me, I understand how frustrating it can be to try everything that promises an answer but delivers only short-term, unsustainable results.
When I realised I could resolve not only my unhealthy eating habits and behaviours by addressing the root cause, things finally changed.
My background in mental health, psychology and consulting ultimately led me to solutions that made sense, were straightforward, and practical.
These solutions changed my life, and if they worked for me, they will work for you!
My mission is to help you resolve the challenges that keep you from living your best life. To help you reconnect with your inner strength so you can experience all areas of your life with confidence, vitality, balance, and peace.
I have consolidated all my learnings and experiences so you don't have to spend time searching for answers to achieve the successful outcomes you desire.






I have changed my unhealthy Eating Habits without Dieting, Pills, Therapy or Surgery - I still experience challenges in my life. However, I have learned how to release stress, anxiety, anger, frustration, and despair without turning to food to suppress what I'm feeling or for comfort.
