Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can go at your own pace while doing this programme. 
  • We recommend listening to the supporting audio recording for each lesson for seven consecutive days before moving on to the next level. This tends to be most effective. 
  • You can listen to the audio recording for each lesson for longer than seven days, should you wish to do so.
  • You can also watch the lesson video as often as you feel necessary.
  • You will not be able to progress to the next level of the programme until all lessons within that module are complete. 
  • We have found that the people who benefit the most from our programme are the ones who follow the programme consistently and consecutively.


  • We recommend you listen to the audio recording for each lesson for seven consecutive days. Each audio recording is approximately 30 minutes.
  • Watching the lesson video and completing the lesson exercises should take 45 minutes a week.
  • Be prepared to commit at least 1.5 hours per week towards your health and well-being journey. You're worth it!


  • We do not recommend listening to the audio recordings while operating machinery, driving or working.


  • If it is comfortable for you, we recommend that you listen to the audio recordings with headphones, as the technology is most effective when used with headphones. 
  • You can also listen using Earbuds. 
  • The headphones or earbuds you use do not need to be noise-cancelling. 


  • There is an option to download the audio recording associated with each programme level.


  • Repetition is a critical part of your transformation journey of developing and embedding new habits, so you need to listen to the same audio recording for seven consecutive days. 


  • You only need to listen to the audio recordings once a day to benefit from the program. 
  • You can listen to the audio recordings more than once daily, but we recommend not listening to them more than twice daily. 
  • Just like exercising, the audio recordings increase brain activity while forming new neural pathways, so it is possible to overdo it.


  • We recommend listening to the audio recording just before going to sleep or first thing in the morning.
  • Your brain is more receptive to suggestions between the slumber and awake state.
  • If you listen to the recordings first thing in the morning, we suggest you do so before you become distracted by the activities of your day-to-day life and other priorities.
  • You will stay on track by committing to listening to the audio recordings daily!


  • The programme is most effective when you listen to the audio recordings consistently and consecutively.
  • If you miss one or two days of listening to the recordings, listen to what you missed over the next few days to complete the total seven days of listening.
  •  If you miss more than three days in a row, we suggest restarting the listening to the specific audio recording for the lesson from the beginning. 


  • If you fall asleep, your mind will still process the content of the recording.
  • You do not need to stay awake to benefit from the audio recordings. 


  • It is normal for the mind to wander while listening to the audio recordings.
  • The audio recordings are designed to work on a subconscious level with you in a state of deep relaxation. 


  • You do not need to restart the audio recording if your mind wanders and you are not paying full attention, as the content is designed to work at a subconscious level.
  • Do your best to relax. 


  •  If you understand English, your subconscious will translate the words into your language, and you will still benefit from the audio recordings.


  •  There's no evidence to suggest that you shouldn't get the same benefit from the program as someone with full hearing.


  • If you experience physical symptoms, which is rare but can sometimes happen, pause the audio recording halfway through and come back to finish it a little while later. As your brain becomes used to the audio recordings, these sensations pass with time.
  • If listening to the audio recordings more than once a day causes you to feel stressed or irritable, try reducing your listening to once a day.


  •  You can watch the lesson video as often as you like, but you only need to watch it once.


  •  If you want to revisit or access any module within the programme after you have completed it, you can do so 


  •  All coaching in The Inner & Outer Balance Solution programme is provided in a group via Zoom.


  • All live coaching sessions are recorded for access if you cannot attend.
  • You can access the recordings of the live coaching sessions from the Inner & Outer Balance Solution dashboard under the heading "Live Coaching Session Replays." 


  • You can request an accountability partner via the Facebook Group 
  • Create a post or respond to posts to find the right person. 
  • Be mindful that holding each other accountable for progress is a shared responsibility. 
  • Partnering with a compatible accountability partner works best if you are patient. 


  • Your access to the live group coaching and support continues.
  • Each time you revisit the information in the programme, you will gain more insights.
  • You can start the program from the beginning to deepen your understanding and learning, or you can revisit the lessons in the program that cover the areas you would like to work on further.
