Deep Relaxation Healing

Deep Relaxation Healing involves accessing the subconscious mind to uncover the root cause of issues or challenges you are facing. With positive suggestions to replace unhelpful core beliefs, values, habits and emotions, you experience more sustainable, healthier ways of coping and reacting. 

  • Each session is tailored to your specific, individual needs. 
  • The process uses a deep state of relaxation, heightened focus and regression techniques. 
  • You remain aware and in control throughout the process and can stop it at any time. 
  • The process is interactive, during which you are encouraged to actively participate by sharing your thoughts and feelings.
  • A single session is often all that is required to achieve results; however, some clients may need 2 or 3 sessions in order to fully resolve the presenting problem. 
  • The process is NOT  SUITABLE for people diagnosed or suffering from Epilepsy or a psychotic illness.
  • You must be over the age of 18.

What To Expect

 A Deep Relaxation Healing Session can take up to two hours 


  • It is essential to be in a quiet, comfortable space with minimal distractions during the entirely natural, safe, and relaxing process.
  • Throughout the session, we will investigate the root cause of your issue using regression to early memories and tools to gain an understanding of the origins of outdated beliefs/behaviours to reframe or change them.
  • You may experience an emotional release during a session as you confront and process past experiences. 
  • We will implement effective strategies to shift negative thought patterns and promote supportive behaviours. 

Prior To Your Deep Relaxation Session

We recommend you:


  • Have a free 30-minute online consultation so we can tell you more about Deep Relaxation Healing, other options available to you and discover whether we can work together. 
  • Another 45-minute pre-session call will enable us to understand your specific needs in more detail, including the issue you want to address, your symptoms, triggers and habits. We will also discuss your current & past medical history, personal and family background and what your desired outcome would be following the session.

Immediately After The Session

Your immediate reaction to the session might vary, ranging from feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed to falling asleep.


You might also experience feeling: 

  • Drained 
  • Mental clarity 
  • Heightened emotional sensitivity 
  • Tiredness or a desire to rest 
  • Heightened awareness of thoughts & feelings 

Within 24 Hours of The Session

 Your subconscious mind will still be processing what was uncovered,  so we recommend you avoid scheduling demanding activities directly after the session. 


We also suggest that you:

  • Keep hydrated to support natural processing 
  • Listen to the personalised transformational audio recording you will be given for at least 21 consecutive days after the session to embed new thought patterns & behaviours, reinforce positive change and facilitate lasting transformation. 
  • The best time to listen is just before sleep when your mind is more suggestible. 
  • Capture your thoughts, feelings and any insights on paper to support the integration of what was uncovered during the session and help you track your progress. 

The Following Week

You might experience positive shifts in your emotional patterns.

  • A 45-minute pre-session call and guidance
  • A 90 to 120-minute Deep Relaxation Healing Session
  • A personalised audio recording for you to listen to for at least 21 consecutive days after the session
  • 3 post-deep relaxation session check-ins via email, text or WhatsApp - An opportunity to communicate your progress and concerns. 
  • Day 25 -30, a post-session 30-minute follow-up call. 
  • The price may vary if more support or additional deep relaxation sessions are needed.

The Premium Package Starts from £950

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES: 


  • A 45-minute pre-session call and guidance
  • A relaxation audio for you to listen to 7 days before your Deep Relaxation Session
  • Two 90 to 120-minute Deep Relaxation Healing Sessions
  • A personalised audio recording for you to listen to for at least 21 consecutive days after the session
  • 3 post-deep relaxation session check-ins via email, text or WhatsApp - An opportunity to communicate your progress and concerns. 
  • Three post-session follow-up calls, each lasting up to 50 minutes. 

Additional Support

  • Additional 90 to 120-minute Deep Relaxation Sessions - £145
  • Existing clients can obtain additional support for £45 for 45 minutes
  • Additional bespoke recordings are also available for £59
