Our online coaching and mentorship program is explicitly designed for people who experience an unhealthy relationship with food, which often presents as comfort, bingeing, stress or overeating. This program is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1 – Self Care Formula provides a foundation for overcoming impulses to eat
- Phase 2 – The Transformational Success Formula embeds healthy new eating habits and strategies so you can sustain long-term results.

Before deciding if our coaching and mentorship are for you, it's beneficial to get to know one another during a free 45-minute discovery call. During this call, we will share what actions you need to take to achieve your desired outcomes and discover whether we are a good fit for one another.
