The quickest way to get the results you desire with any eating challenges you may have is to get help from someone who has been where you are and has overcome the challenges you are going through.
Only someone who has been there will genuinely understand the hardships and the journey.
Most high-level achievers get support or help from people with experience and knowledge in their area of expertise, and we believe it should be no different if you have a challenge with food or how you eat.
Doctors and therapists who have never binged, overate, or eaten for comfort may offer well-intentioned advice that does not resonate or work for people like us. For example, to advise us to eat less and exercise more, although said with good intentions, does not work for most emotional eaters.
The right coach will know from experience what you’re going through and have overcome your challenges. They will inspire you, understand what to do when unsure, and be honest with you. This is what we offer at Tru2u.
